Refund / Exchange Policy :
If you receive the product in a damaged condition, you must raise a request by writing an email within a maximum of 3 business days from the physical receipt of the damaged or incorrect product.
In case the product is been lost in transit, or delivery of the wrong product, you must write to us within 10 days of estimated date of delivery.
In case you feel that the product received is not as per your expectations, you must bring it to our notice within 2 days of receiving the product. We will be looking into your complaint and shall take an appropriate decision.
Any request exceeding the time limit specified by us will not be eligible for refund / replacement.
For International shipments, refund / replacement will not be provided if your package is held by your country's customs which causes a delay of longer than 60 days of date of dispatch.
Eligible item for exchange/return must be new, unused condition, in original packaging and all the refunds shall be subject to deduction of all payment gateway charges and shipping expenses which shall be forfeited by you regardless of the grounds on which a refund is required to be processed.
The acceptance of any request for refund or exchange/replacement shall be at the sole discretion of the company and the company reserves the right to reject returns or requests for refund or exchange/replacement.
Processing Time:
If any Refunds/ exchange is approved by us, it’ll take 10 - 15 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
Cancellations Policy :
If you want to cancel the order, it has to be done within 24hours of placing the order. Order cannot be cancelled if it is already been processed or the design process is initiated.
