Absolutely. Your facial data is fully secure. We use it only to generate your personalized frame and improve fit accuracy. Your scan is encrypted, never shared, and never used to train external AI systems.

We don’t offer fixed styles - we generate them for you. Each frame is algorithmically shaped based on your facial scan, so the style adapts to your features, not the other way around. If you prefer a classic shape (rounded/ triangular/ squarish), just let us know. We can style your custom fit accordingly. Style is determined by your preferences; fit is determined by your face.

From initial consultation to delivery it takes around 3 weeks. The facial scanning and consultations is 15 - 20 minutes.

Yes, including complex prescriptions, progressives, and specialty lenses. Our system is designed to account for specific requirements. The design and delivery time may slightly vary in accordance with the complexity of the use case. Simply upload your prescription during booking or email it to us at team@meau.moda.

Yes. Every frame comes with a 12-month warranty that covers manufacturing defects, material faults, and hinge issues under normal use. If something goes wrong within that period, we’ll repair or replace your eyewear at no cost. We also offer a fit guarantee—if your frame doesn’t fit properly, we’ll adjust or remake it for free.

If your eyewear is damaged, worn-out, lost or needs to be remade for any reason; Yes, we offer repairs and remake even beyond the warranty period. Repairs are available at an additional cost, while remakes of the same design can be reordered for a discounted price.
